In 2023, our dream came true - we moved into our own home in Japan. We seriously thought about buying a house in Japan back in 2014, right after the birth of our son. For various objective reasons, the purchase was delayed - this was the loss of the main income and the opening of our own travel company and obtaining a residence permit in Japan and COVID and ... We were one of the first among our wave of emigrants to become interested in buying a house and one of the last to build our own house. But during this time, I managed to learn from the experience of friends and acquaintances, analyze the construction industry in Japan, part with erroneous ideas and unrealistic dreams, and eventually build my own balanced home.
